Quite often we have conversations with folks who ask about our grass finishing program and how we get our beef to the proper finish stage. There does seem to be a misunderstanding of what it takes to get really good grass-finished beef.

Be warned it does make a large amount, which we love because it gives us some leftovers and also freezes really well for use later. But if you would prefer a smaller portion you should be able to halve the ingredients and get the same great chili!
