Delicious and Easy Marinade

Marinated Skirt Steak
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 cup your favorite hot sauce
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- Red pepper flakes to your preference
- C&F Farms skirt steak or other favorite marinating steak!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Adjust ingredients as necessary to your taste.
- Cut the skirt steak into even pieces. A full skirt steak should make 3-4 8” pieces. Adjust this based on the size / type of steak you’re using.
- Put steak in a dish and pour marinade over and cover the dish tightly.
- Place the dish in the fridge and let marinate for at least an hour and up to 8.
- Preheat your grill to 400 degrees or higher.
- Remove the steak from the dish and pat gently dry with a paper towel.
- Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on the first side. Flip the steak and cook until you reach your desired doneness.
- Pull from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain, serve, and enjoy!!
This is a really tasty way to prepare a cut of steak that isn’t as common. We like to serve with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and asparagus!!
