What delivery options do you offer?

We are excited to offer 2 different options for getting delivery straight to your door!

First, we offer local courier delivery for our surrounding areas. For those eligible areas near us, your order will be dropped off at your house by one of our drivers on the selected delivery date. If you're using this option, please read more below on how to prepare for that delivery!

Next, we also offer shipping via UPS straight to your door. With this option, your order will be packed in a reinforced box with thermal lining and ice packs. It will be dropped off at UPS on the selected date to be shipped.

What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

Local Delivery - We ask that you always leave a cooler outside on delivery days. If you’re not home at the time of delivery we will leave your order inside the cooler. A couple of things you can do if you know you won’t be home that will help is to pre-chill your cooler with ice packs or even frozen water bottles will do great! Also, if you can leave the cooler in a shaded spot so it’s not soaking up the sun all day – just make sure it’s somewhere we could find it or make notes on your order to let us know where it will be!

Shipping - For the home shipping option, your order will be dropped off by UPS as they would normally leave a package at your home. If you know you won't be home that day please make arrangements for someone to get your order from your porch, or reach out to us to have us change the ship date. Be sure to open it as soon as you get home and check the package contents.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free local delivery is included on orders of $100 or more, and free shipping is offered at $149.99!

What time will you deliver?

Local deliveries will be made in the afternoon so that if you are not home it will minimize the time your order is stored in your cooler. Be sure to include your phone number with your account so that we can contact you in case we have questions about your delivery.

Shipping orders will be dropped off according to your local UPS schedule.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is an order minimum to ensure there is enough product packed to maintain a safe temperature.

For local delivery that minimum is $35, and for shipping the minimum is $75.

How early do I have to order (before the delivery date)?

The order deadline is the Wednesday at midnight the week before.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is packed for delivery, usually the Thursday before your selected date.

How can I find out if you deliver to my area?

Our delivery areas are based on zip codes. To see when delivery is available for your area select the link to change your current pickup location near the top control bar on the webpage. Enter your zip code in the pop-up window and press enter! If delivery is available in your area you should be able to select that option, which will show you the next delivery date for your area. That’s it! Then just start your next order and we’ll get it on the schedule for the next delivery available. If you’re unsure after checking the website, feel free to reach out to us, and we can confirm if you’re in our delivery area.
